Swedish Massage
A classic and gentle approach to massage that addresses the full body with light to medium pressure and is most recommended for relaxation. Commonly used strokes in this modality - effleurage, petrissage, and cross fiber friction - focus on lengthening muscles, increasing circulation, and calming the nervous system.

Deep Tissue Massage
A focused approach to massage that addresses either the full body or a particular region that requires more attention with medium to firm pressure. This service is more therapeutic and suggested for assistance with pain, chronic tension, injury recovery with doctor approval, and more. Deeper modalities access below the superficial muscle layers to remove adhesions (knots), support healthy range of motion, and target pain and tension.

Hand or Feet
Reflexology Massage
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet or hands using the thumb and index finger. With Swedish or Reflexology techniques, the session is generally relaxing and eases tired feet or hands.to organs and systems of the body.
30 min session Reflexology Only - $60
60 min session Reflexology Only - $105
(Also available as an add-on in a Swedish or Deep Tissue session, which does not increase your time, but adds a modality within your existing 60 or 90 minute session) - $25
Chair Massage
A forward seated and fully clothed massage targeted specifically to the neck, shoulders and back. These sessions are designed to be shorter and more relaxing for the muscles used for repeated motions that caused your arms to be extended forward, or head tilted down, which is very common in today's advanced technological age.
Available as a corporate booking, the first hour is $100 and each additional hour is $60. I will bring the chair and all materials needed to your private event or office space. You can determine the time slots offered to your guests. 15 minutes is recommended per client.
