Swedish Massage
A classic and gentle approach to massage that addresses the full body with light to medium pressure and is most recommended for relaxation. Commonly used strokes in this modality - effleurage, petrissage, and cross fiber friction - focus on lengthening muscles, increasing circulation, and calming the nervous system.

Deep Tissue Massage
A focused approach to massage that addresses either the full body or a particular region that requires more attention with medium to firm pressure. This service is more therapeutic and suggested for assistance with pain, chronic tension, injury recovery with doctor approval, and more. Deeper modalities access below the superficial muscle layers to remove adhesions (knots), support healthy range of motion, and target pain and tension.

Hand or Feet Massage
Hand or foot massage can incorporate Reflexology by request - which is the application of pressure to targeted areas on the feet or hands using the thumb and index finger. With Swedish or Reflexology techniques, the session is generally relaxing and eases tired feet or hands.to organs and systems of the body.
30 min session (Feet or Hands) - $60
Chair Massage
A forward seated and fully clothed massage targeted specifically to the upper torso. These sessions are designed to be shorter and more relaxing for the muscles used for repeated motions that caused your arms to be extended forward, or head tilted down, which is very common in today's advanced technological age. Even 15 minute sessions in an office can improve circulation to the shoulders, reduce tension, and improve mood.
